What is your OEM/ODM service?

Customized case logo, customized package, customized manual, customized software (booting logo, modifications) etc.

How much the courier freight will be for the samples?

Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area. For example, DHL to America only takes about 3-5 days averagely.

How about warranty?

One year warranty averagely. It depends on the kinds of the products and the quantity your have purchased.

What kind of power supply do you provide?

There are EU, US, UK&AU—-four kinds of power supply available. We will deliver the right power supply to you according to the standard in your country or your requirement.

What is the delivery time for OEM/ODM order?

Usually we accept payment via HSBC, TT (Bank transfer), Western Union,Money Gram, Escrow.Bank transfer for large orders. For small order, you’d better pay via Western union, Escrow or Paypal.
